glxgear, проблемы с дровами или нет... (нету команды, нет модуля в настройке оборудования)

glxgear, проблемы с дровами или нет...
Поставил себе поверпак 2007.1 и дрова нвидии хотел проверить фпс а в консолке нету такой команды, в рпмдрайке в поиске набирал там тож незнают её, хотя до этого стояла 2007.0фри и приходилось тож её (glxgear) доставлять в рпмдрайке набирал находило, не подскаже кто нить как называется этот пакет или не даст сцылку на него я не могу вспомнить как он зовется.... Всем заранее спасибо!

точно помню когда в рпмдрейке ставил немного не так он там назывался.... вроде fglxчегототам на.... и два пакета за собой еще он потащил....

fglrx чтоль? Это драйвер для АТИшного видео.
Утилита для меряния фпс и смотрения колёс это glxgears.
точно fglrx но эт было на машине с ати, и после их установки появилась glxgears, а что колесики крутятся и как команда зовется я помню... В том то и прикол не знает консоль такой команды, не если писать и через таб автозаполнение не пашет....

Значит glxgears не установлен, видно не правильно понял что вы спрашивали.
Не знаю как в Мандриве , а в Дебиан он входит в состав пакета mesa-utils

и от рута пробал.... нема... там еще пару приколов есть, "типа в диспечере устройств" на видяху говорит что ункнаун девай воти по информации о нем справа в конце страницы неизвестный модуль, хотя дрова встали и не ругались, хорг руками правил, логотип высвечмвается NVIDIA при загрузке с разоешением все хорошо берил пашет, вот и хотел проверить фпс.... с работы приду если интересно выложу скрины и скину логи если нужно.... просто немного беспокоит етот диспетчер.....

C glxgears разобрался пакет mesa-demos или devel назывался.... Glxgears выдает 2300fps в среднем на geForce 8400MGS это нормально? вот толко тревожит в "настройке оборудования" надпись где модуль: неизвестный и видеокарта Unknown device 0428, хотя дрова когда ставил во время установки ошибок не выдавали.... Что с этим делать подскажите? скрин

Ну и что? В логах все нормально. Вас смущает слово "неизвестный"? Забейте на него. Наличие или отсутствие в системе glxgears не зависит от видеокарты. Хоть вообще без неё включайте
Судя по скриншоту берил у вас тоже работает. Никаких проблем нету.

glxgears работает, меня смушает в настройке оборудования надпись модуль неизвестный и на видеокарте ункнаундевайс вот...
Да кстанти тут в голову пришло, мож енто ядро не поддерживает GeForce8400M поэтому там так и отображается?

Если установлен nvclock:
Увидите, что каак у вас определилось и что как работает
Код: Выделить всё
glxinfo|grep rendering

Рабочий стол тут не причем меня смущало отображение устройства, если бы показать я бы наверное окно убрал и не просто раб стол и там иконок покрасивше и все в том духе....
