Возникла странная проблема. Есть боевой сервер на Debian Lenny(без Х). В нем стоят 2 SATA винта 500Gb объединенные в raid1. Собственно каждый разбит так:
1. Мелкий раздел в 150Мб под /boot.
2. Все остальное под lvm, тома которого уже разделены на нужные разделы.

Недавно mdadm выдал - диск sdb умер(fail). Ладно думаю, упал так упал - заменю(благо такой же диск был). Удалил его из рэйда

mdadm /dev/md1 --remove /dev/sdb2
mdadm /dev/md0 --remove /dev/sdb1
вытащил и вставил новый(на материнке 6 слотов для SATA я вставил не в тот что был и заодно другим кабелем). Скопировал на новый таблицу разделов

sudo sfdisk -d /dev/sda > ./sda.out
sudo sfdisk /dev/sdb < ./sda.out
а потом добавил его в рейд:

После этого пошла синхронизация. Мелкий раздел (md0) синхронизировался сразу, а большой застрял на 30%. В /var/log/messages посыпались такие вот сообщения:

Скорость синхронизации падала и падала и под конец mdadm решил что диск тоже битый -

Но диск насколько я знаю нормальный, тем более, что раздел sdb1 вполне себе живет и здравствует. Я попробовал повторить процедуру установки диск рэйд и удаления диска из рэйда, но это ничего не дало. Только теперь синхронизация падала в районе первого процента.
Кто-нибудь может прояснить мне куда копать? Это глючит контроллер raid на материнке? Как сие проверить?
Температуру хардов проверял - держится в районе 38С. Чип на материнке выдает тоже что-то около 40С.
