Блочится, начиная с Камаэль, хотя, пока там был интерлюд, запуская из под вайна я спокойно играл на офе.

В связи с выходом Wine 1.0, решил выложить собранный и используемый мною deb-пакет с Wine - вдруг кому-нибудь пригодится.
Версия 1.0 со всеми тремя патчами, checkinstall deb для Debian Lenny AMD64.
Собственно на LA2 пока не проверялась, но вообще - работает.

Wine 1.0, debian lenny,radeon xpress1100 fglrx. После выбора персонажа появляется экран загрузки и ла2 виснет, система и другие приложения функционируют, висит только ла2. l2.ini option.ini крутил... неспасло. Что это может быть и как это лечится?

это пока не лечится это новый антибот патч на русских серверах ла. Самое печальное, что даже ошибку нормально нельзя посмотреть, так как валится вайн с выводом отладочного лога судя по всему.
rm_, ты этим не занимался?
Карамель без ГГ под вайном запускал.

Вроде на серваке нету антибота. Хотя может быть. Будем ждатьс.
Камаэль тож не пускается. Об этом в соответствующей теме писал. Грит "не могу найти файл window.dll" и всё тут

Если размер fire.dll (из system) около 300Кб, то может и нету, если 1.3Мб, то скорее всего есть.
может какие-то проблемы с регистром имени библиотеки?
Проверить у себя смогу только вечером, если найду чистый систем без патча.

Проблему обнаружил. Ей оказались битые файлы в папке animations.

Добрый день. Возникла новая проблема.
Проблема: после запуска третьего окна, процессор полностью им (третьим окном) загружается, делая игру абсолютно невозможной. При всём при этом, два окна - "летают", да и конфигурация компьютера (прескот 3.2, 1,5 Гб оперативы, 5900ХТ 128 Мб) позволяет запускать более двух окон.
В чём может быть проблема?

Удивительно, но, если уменьшить разрешение до 1024*768, то третье окно кушает 20% CPU, вместо 80% при 1152*864.

В последние полгода не играл в линейку - после какого-то обновления вайна стала ругатся на процессор. Снес конфиг вайна (который у меня еще с года примерно 2005-2006) - пересоздал конфиг - заработало "изкаробки". Правда Л2 ругается что не найдено устройство защиты. wine 1.1.1- (for etch from winehq.org) - Л2 Камаель (если не ошибаюсь).

bukakusa прав. Попробуй выдернуть нужные библиотеки из dx9 и перенести в wine

От скуки решил запустить Интерлюдию. Установилось все нормально, патч для сервера поставился, Линейка запустилась. Проблема возникает на этапе создания персонажа: как только выбираю расу, игра вылетает с ошибкой.
Wine 1.1.3, система Ubuntu 8.04. Кто подскажет, куда копать?

у меня так эта оши6ка исправилась...
кстати, грация на 1.7 неплохо пашет вроде (ati 9200)
