В .conkyrc записывайте 2 параметра в одну строку. Расстояние между ними изменяйте либо пробелами/табами, либо через ${offset х}.

Да я так и пытался делать, только максисму получается до серидины экрана., выводить

А какой wm? Вообще можно написать скрипт, который будет запускать 2 экземпляра conky при старте:

соответственно в каждом conkyrc указать вывод тех параметров, которые нужно показывать с заданной стороны. потом этот скрипт добавить в автозапуск и всё :rolleyes:

В начале строки попробуйте не использовать параметр #{offset 240}, а для выравнивания коньков по левому краю используйте gap_x 20 (или меньше/больше) вместо gap_x 900.

2 копии конки не хотят работать вместе, появляется то один то другой....
как исправить?

странно, у меня и на debian с gnome и на archlinux с openbox работает. значит вы что то не так сделали!!!
вот архив

распакуйте его в корне домашней директории и выполните команду : ~/doubleconky/conky.sh
должно получиться так
