Установлены последние обновления. Для сравнения на M$ Window7 (тоже всё оборудование) нетбуке (Broadom Corp. BCM94312MHGB) не вылетает.

Вы под службой network активируете или NM?
Если под network, попробуйте залочить канал в файле интерфейса.
