Увидев и на десктопе (как в теме нетбука) максимальную частоту процессора без нагрузки родился этот вопрос.

При этом загрузка процессора в 2-5%,а я наблюдаю частоту близкую к макcимальной. В голом терминале при запуске вижу интервал,что указывает cpu-freq,т.е от 1.6.
Cpu-freq показывает только два режима и использует я так понимаю производительный:

Нужно ли или вернее сказать есть ли рекомендации по модулям ядра после установки Linux? Что-то отключить/обязательно включить?
Я перейдя с Windows смотрю на это и напрягаюсь, что что-то работает не так, на износ, т.к я не верно что-то сделал или не сделал, стоит переживать или нет? Можно ли доверять базовым модулям ядра или нет, при условии что все работает?
