Решено: отмонтирование cdrom (что то я непойму)

от рута отмонтируется нормально, от юзверя с ошибками
fstab

/dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom iso9660 user,noauto,nosuid,noexec,nodev,ro,utf8 0 0

eject

pospel@localhost:~$ su
Password:
root@localhost:/home/pospel# eject /mnt/cdrom/
root@localhost:/home/pospel# exit
exit
pospel@localhost:~$ eject /mnt/cdrom/
[mntent]: warning: no final newline at the end of /etc/fstab
eject: unable to eject, last error: Функция не реализована

от рута лоток выезжает, а от пользователя только отмонтируется

pospel@localhost:~$ mount /mnt/cdrom/
[mntent]: warning: no final newline at the end of /etc/fstab
pospel@localhost:~$ umount /mnt/cdrom/
[mntent]: warning: no final newline at the end of /etc/fstab

Попробуй исправить fstab так
/dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom auto noauto,users,ro 0 0
И добавь юзера в cdrom , haldaemon , plugdev , wheel
