Подскажите надо-ли менять параметры iptables для работы в связке GPRS+Globax(без VPN), не блокирует-ли iptables работу Globax?

Автору темы - ты не с того конца начал.
Тому руководству уже плесень мать родная.
Skystar2 давно в ядре поддерживается, достаточно посмотреть вывод lspci.
Файлы устройств должны появиться в /dev/dvb/adapterX, где X - это номер карты, если одна значит adapter0
Если не загружен драйвер устройства, или он не видит карту то скрипт MAKEDEV-DVB ничего не даст.
Сколько угодно создавай файлы устройств, udev на них наплевать.
Переустанови ядро и перестань делать из системы помойку.
А можно поподробнее насчет переустановки ядра, у меня мандрива 2008.0 галимый образ с мандривы.ру в котором даже маке нема (пришлось самому ставить).
Из дров есть установлен linuxtv-dvb-apps-1.1.1, linuxtv-dvb-1.1.1 ваще близко нет. Начал компелить и после маке выдало что то на проблему с папкой lib/...точно не помню../build/ .config которого там ваще нет
Я попозже точное описание ошибки выложу

Я думаю что имелось ввиду не эксперементировать с ядром в котором изначально уже есть поддержка DVB-карты.

Для начала перестань разговаривать тут лагерным жаргоном, кальки с английского тоже не к месту - рискну предоположить что маке == make. Ревизия карты 2.7 есть в последних версия драйверов linuxtv.

Для сборки необходимо установить пакет kernel-devel или что_там_в_мандриве и все окружение для сборки из исходного кода.

Значит что не установлен пакет с заголовками кода ядра.
Устанавливай пакет kernel-headers.

там нужны исходники ядра, где их взять я на Вашем форуме не нашел, качать новое ядро дорого

НУ попробуй взять /proc/config.gz. Распакуй и положи куда просит.
Пакет с сырцами ядра есть в дистрибутиве.

Карта точно ревизии 2.6д ,если важно ,то она работает на чистоте 83 Mhz ,под Виндовс карта нормально работает .
Пробывал запускать под OpenSUSE 11 x86 результат тот же ...

При сканирование каналов в Каффеине сигнал то прыгает до 100 ,то в ноль .И каналов соответственно не находит …
