Вылетает после нескольких минут по сети, если больше 10-12 человек

Можно попробовать в xorg.conf в секцию Device добавить:
Option "FBTexPercent" "70"

Либо:
Option "AccelMethod" "XAA"

Ещё это временно закомментировать:

        Option "DisableGLXRootClipping" "true"
        Option "AddARGBGLXVisuals" "true"
        Option "AllowGLXWithComposite" "true"

И выключить композитность:

а у меня чуть-чуть другой вопрос "Опенарена летает О_0", слишком большая скорость игры, понятно что сказывается мощность компьютера, но как замедлить чуть-чуть, а то играть не возможно?

На четырёхъядерном Phenom 9750 с 8 ГБ ОЗУ (достаточно мощный?) OpenArena работает ровно с такой скоростью, с какой и должна.
Может быть Вы просто не привыкли к быстрому геймплею аля Quake 3?

ну незнаю насколько он должен быть быстрый, но боты мелькаю так, что и не заметишь. до этого играл в квак3 еще когда он только появился на 466-м целероне.
