главной является последняя строка? Т.е. когда Number concerning the next release = 0, то выходит release Etch (в данном случае).
Или от release отделяют все 534 bugs?

я думаю, что имеется в виду всё таки 101 баг. И именно когда 0 - тогда всё. но это я думаю....
