Вход через samba

После настройки Samba при входе в сетевое окружение на fedora 13 появился MYSERVER. Я расшарил папку но от меня требуют пароль для входа в эту папку.Пробовал и ставить пароль в настройках и убрать его совсем, ничего не получается. Что делать? Спасибо!

Как настраивали? Руками? В /etc/smb.conf в разделе с этой шарой есть строка?

да руками настраивал. Yes стоит. MYSERVER пропал и осталась только сеть Windows. Может мне выслать конфу?

Да видимо придется.

А в сети Windows вы есть? В nautilus в сетевом окружение (если правильно настроена samba) вы должны быть видны и в сети Windows тоже.
Что говорит smbtree? Ваши и чужие шары видны?

да пробовал все по-старому. В сети виндоус меня нет, но вижу все остальные компы в сети. Smbtree говорит следующее:

Если себя не увидите покажите конфиг и смотрим /var/log/masseges на предмет ошибок.

ПС
Мне видится в этом 2 причины либо вы случайно ошиблись когда правили конфиг, либо демон nmb/smb не стартует/падает по сторонней причине. Так что смотрим внимательно конфиг и логи. Еще для проверки можно подсунуть простенький работающий конфиг с одной шарой.

Все было запущено. После команды smbtree требует пароль пользователя, хотя я запускаю от рута. Все имеющиеся у меня пароли в системе не подходят. Что может быть?

Запускайте от обычного пользователя и пароль не пишите просто Enter.

Запускайте от обычного пользователя и пароль не пишите просто Enter.

выводятся пользователи сети и их ресурсы. Tакие же когда я захожу в сеть графически (сеть Windows).
