Job Description:
- Provide flawless and timely operational support across all Unix/Linux server technologies for European region.
- Analyze the incidents and potential risks identified by the vendors for each of the technologies and - isolate the relevant problems.
- Analyze and report on server infrastructure performance and capacity trends.
- Lead medium term projects (up to 6 months) linked to technology and process improvements.

Competencies:
Technical experience and skills
- Must have
5 years experience administering HP UX (ver 10 and up) servers in a large scale, global environment
Working experience with Suse Linux (SLES 9 and up) or equivalent Linux OS
5 years experience HP MC Serviceguard or other high availability software
5 years experience with HP server hardware
- Would be a plus
Working experience with Storage and SAN technologies
Knowledge of virtual server management (VMware)
Exposure to other OS technologies
Language:
Strong verbal and written English language skills
