Странная какая-то петиция. Просить приложение от гугла, судя по отсутствию пожелания к лицензии, проприетарное, - зачем? У них же открытый API, есть кучка сторонних свободных клиентов, в том числе использующих шифрование на стороне пользователя.

Quite strange petition. Asking Google to create an app (probably proprietary) - why? They provide an open API and there are some free/libre third-party clients, including those using encryption on client side.
