Проблема с SynCE

Установил SynCE. Запустил synce-serial-config, dccm, synce-serial-start. Запускаю pl или pcp пишет
Unable to initialize RAPI
Unexcepted error.

И еще. Есть ли проги удобней pcp? Гуевые, например.
