Does anybody know how to tune links for windows? I have the trouble with Russian charset.
When I try to write here in Russian I got something like this «®лў «пз®б¬в дл«®ўвз¬вЁ
My links is 0.99pre9
Links starts in cmd-like console, but it hasn't charset tuning.
