мне скказали что тут нету пакета lxdialog... такого пакета в нете я не нашел... то что ядро глючное исключается - пробывал разные (2.6.x) помогите кто как может, потому что я, ламер, через make config сделаю каку...

lxdialog - это скрипт, не пакет
по ходу дела, если погуглить, то можно попробовать обновить-переустановить-почистить ncurses (libncurses)

то что ты сказал завел в поиске... http://rpm.pbone.net/index.php3/stat/4/idp...f.i386.rpm.html вот это качнул, установил - ошибка таже...
вот типа скрин содержимого папки ядра (scripts/)

кто чем может помочь?

попробуй сделать "make xconfig" (основано на Qt) или "make gconfig" (основано на Gtk)
edit: и я в тот раз непонятно выразилась - имелось в виду, что в гугле (если поискать ) многие ошибки с lxdialog'ом указывают на ошибки в пакете ncurses, т.е. можно попробовать его переустановить, а также поставить все rpmки, содержащие ncurses в названии
