стандартно вроде /opt/kde3/include должны быть
что не начну собирать с исходников вечно нужно указывать где лежат либы, хеадеры
под slackware с таких гемором не сталкивался...
./configure --help
By default, `make install' will install all the files in
`/opt/kde3/bin', `/opt/kde3/lib' etc. You can specify
an installation prefix other than `/opt/kde3' using `--prefix',
for instance `--prefix=$HOME'.

./configure
......
checking for KDE... configure: error:
in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE headers installed. This will fail.
So, check this please and use another prefix!
