squid (проблемы с настройкой сквида, ходит только под себя)

система archlinux:
squid: Squid Cache: Version 2.5.STABLE14 из пакета

проблема.
прописываем в браузере (опера/мозилла) прокси localhost 3128
открываем mail.ru - все отлично
пытаемся открыть yandex.ru - не открывается.

после перезапуска то же самое, вторую ссылку уже не открывает.

хочу что бы мой сквид работал через корпоративный прокси (тоже сквид).
в чем проблема???

(меня смущает слово DIRECT в логе, т.к. на адреса которые из корпоративной сети - недоступны)

Первую ссылку он (браузер) открывает, возможно, из кэша?
Нужно настроить его на родительский прокси. В документации это описано. RTFM.
Судя по логу squid что-то смог загрузить. Странно, как это ему удалось, или на корпоративном прокси не закрыты порты в обход его?

разве это не то??? в смысле разве не это отвечает, что бы он посылал запросы к родительскому прокси?
