не запускается proftpd

все работало отлично пока я не перезагрузил сервер. теперь почему-то proftpd не запускается.
пишет:

я убрал ту строку и все заработало спасибо

Ну, вообще говоря, следовало не только эту строчку убрать, а уж тогда весь блок до </Directory>
Или уж сконфигурить анонимусов по полной программе...
