raid контроллер + ide. не видит cd-rom

Ситуация такая: у меня на материнки 1 слот ide + sata контроллер. Сата мне не нужен. В ide слот вставлен cd-rom. Ещё стоит pci ATA(ide) контроллер. В него вставлены винты. При установке Мандрива 2007 он загрузился с cd но его не видел в процессе установки. Как советовали на форумах, установил с hdd. Но после установки система так и не видит cdrom. Как его подключить (примонтировать)?

пипл, это так сложно что никто не знает или так просто что влом писать? плохо без сидюка-то... ща попробую воткнуть в ata raid его, мож увидит.... но тогда не могу загрузиться с сд

ладны, сам разобрался.... добавил параметр all-generic-ide при загрузке, поправил grub и fstab, в соответствии с изменившимися девайсами и всё стало ок
