проблема с мышью в убунту (колёсико очень быстро крутит)

первый раз такое, во всех системах нормально было, а в убунту колёсико чуть тронешь и сразу улетает всё. даже представить себе не могу где это настроить можно в система-мышь нет настроек колеса.

Not all mice and OSs can support this option. This option can be set in the XF86Setup program.
попробуйте добавить в "мышиный" раздел xorg.conf выше приведенную строчку. Чем больше N поставите, тем меньше будет чувствительность.
Еще можно поиграть со значение опции "Protocol". Варианты:
