Помогите разобратся с PCI и сетевыми картами

Тварисчи линуксоиды очень нужна ваша помощь
В общем суть проблемы
ASP 11.2
Есть мать Intel D945gcnl проц Core 2 DUO 2.0, 2гб оперативки, SATA винт и двдюк
Есть 2 сетевухи одна 3com другая acorp на RLT чипе. (пробовал и другие варинты)
Сетевухи упорно не хотят работать в паре. Если что то и удается настроить то через пару пакетов пишет Disabling IRQ и какойнить номер, и все больше кроме пакетов на себя в лучшем случае не проходит.

экспериментировали?
pci=nobiosirq можете смело убирать — опция не опознана. да и в документации к ядру (linux-source-2.6.18/Documentation/kernel-parameters.txt, но, думаю, она вполне актуальна и для 2.6.17) такой опции нет. есть biosirq. но не спешите ее добавлять (: . читайте дальше.

в связи с чем включена опция noacpi? если acpi не криво реализован, попробуйте ее убрать.
еще смущает опция pci=usepirqmask. если bios опять-таки не крив, то, наверно, стоит тоже ее убрать.
обе эти опции, насколько я понимаю, напрямую затрагивают механизм распределения прерываний. с чем у Вас и наблюдаются проблемы.

Не хотел по напрасну создавать еще одну повторяющиюся тему ! Просто ситуация почти похожа ,поставил вторую сетевуху суся 10.3 без проблем сама ее определила и подключила я ее на своей локальной сети проверил ,взял я вторую сетевуху для адсл модема !Когда пришел мастер от линукса он сразу отказался его настраивать даже за доплату он в винде настроил адсл и слинял ! Ну я хоть и не профи сел сам ее настраивать благо все настройки что мастер я саписал днс и маршрутизаторы ! И тут ксожелению обнаружил что моя вторая сетевуха исчезла из сетевых устройст где ее можно будет настроить ,командой lspci она видит ее! Советывался с друзьями разводят руками и стандартный ответ ХЗ !пробывал перебить сусю не выходит ,если кто знает что можно сделать помогите ,если сильно сложно то выложите скринами !!!
