помогите правильно настроить Nvidia

у меня asp9.2 скачал дрова с сайта производителя NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-6629-pkg1
установил удалил как было сказано dri и Glcore
понял в device значение nv на nvidia
и при запуске glxinfo получаю такую бяку

Запости или приаттачь конфиг Х, либо попробуй modprobe nvidia.

а если можно поточнее как это всё делается , исправляется,фиксится и т.д
а то в линухе недавно, так что пожелейте дитя окон

У меня та же гадось выдается:

И 3Д не пашет.
Дистр тот же: АСП 9.2

У меня тоже самое. Дистр Gentoo дрова уже 7*** точно сказать не могу ибо не дома. Модуль нвидиа подгружен. Конфиг иксов вроде внорме.

У меня драйвера 6111 и всё работает. Может стОит поставить не такую свежую версию? Ещё вроде у нвидии были траблы с самыми свежими ядрами (у меня 2.6.8.1).

Помнится на 2.4.25 с дровами 5*** все работало.

это значит удали '#' в указанной тебе строке

из конфига удалил # запустил ldconfig
всё равно таже фигня мож чего еще надо сделать

Я конечно понимаю - нам лёгкие пути не нужны. Всё надо делать через кхм...тернии к звёздам...
Набрать в командной строке:
# yum install NVIDIA_GLX NVIDIA_kernel
