Проблема с внешним монитором.

И так. Настройка работы внешнего монитора заключается в следующем:
-

-xinerama, как я понял, создает виртуальный дисплей, который и воспроизводиться на двых монитора;
-соответстаенно так как у меня на ноуте не подерживается разрешение более чем 1024х768, то и на внешнем было такое же, очем и писалось в проблеме

После всех изысканий сделал следущее:

-в BIOS поставил параметр работать только с внешним монитором
-после чего загрузился в текстовом режиме
-запустил sax2

Ну вот вроде и вся настройка, данная программа все делает сама. Дальше вы можете конфигурировать все так как хотите. Соответственно в конфигах внешний монитор будет основным.

А xinerama нужна только если у вас два монитора которые могут работать с одинаковым разрешением, и желательно не 800х600

.
PS
переключение между мониторами осуществляется Fn+F7, главгое нужно успеть до завершения загрузки и запуска kdm. И потомле всего я поставил в BIOS параметр мониторов работы оба, и они работают каждый со своим разрешением.
Ну вот вроде и все.
