Поставь Icecast + ices.
Заработало все. ices читает с плейлиста.
Плейлист формируется [папка музыки ls > домашняя директория playlist.txt]
запускается Icecast. Далее запускаем ices -параметры -конфиг
Точка монтирования появляется в icecast на сайте -> музыка играет играет потом завершает работу ices. лог ->
