Apt-cacher-ng нагружает процессор при expiration

Заметил, что примерно в 8 утра сабж происходит. Стал копать - увидел, что через /etc/cron.daily/apt-cacher-ng запускается задача /usr/lib/apt-cacher-ng/expire-caller.pl
Запустил процедуру через браузер - чтобы видеть, что делается. Увидел, что вывод лога доходит до строки
"Parsing metadata in /var/cache/apt-cacher-ng/security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/intrepid-security/partner/binary-i386/Packages.bz2"
и на этом дальнейший вывод прекращается.
Посмотрел на файл - 983 байта. Попробовал извлечь:

Вопрос, собственно, что делать - может стоит багрепорт оформить, или же это на баг не тянет?

Багрепорт таки запостил. Поступило сообщение, что в версии 0.2.2 из Debian Unstable эту проблему пофиксили. Жду обновления в убунте
