Долго не решался установить Linux на свой ноутбук, но наконец-то решился, поискал инфу по поддержке железа моего ноутбука, и установил Debian 4.0 r4a.
Настраивал в основном по этой инструкции (если вдруг кто тоже решит установить Debian на данную модель): http://originalnews.ru/?p=518.
Теперь у меня есть несколько вопросов.
1. Как сделать что бы при загрузке автоматически не поднимался интерфейс wlan0? А то я беспроводной сетью еще не разу не пользовался и, скорее всего, в ближайшее время не придется, так зачем он будет зря работать. После каждой загрузки делать ifconfig wlan0 down тоже не очень хочется.
2. Как узнать работает или нет встроенный кардридер? Если вставить карту памяти, то она автоматически не монтируется, как, например, USB-Flash. Как вручную смонтировать?
3. Тоже самое с веб-камерой - можно ли как-то проверить, работает она или нет?
4. Как перевести компьютер в ждущий или спящий режим (куда тыкать мышкой в Gnome или какие команды вводить в консоли)? И как узнать сколько заряда осталось на батарее?
