Решено::Звук, разрешение экрана, раскладка (кое-какие проблемы после старта Х)

В общем поставил арч последний, обновился, поставил kdemod 3. Но после старта Иксов, существует 2 проблемки:
1. Разрешение экрана не сохраняется, т.е. после перезагрузки сбрасывается до 1024х768, ставлю 1280х800 - работает, после ребута опять слетает
2. Звук. Звук хрипит в динамике.. здесь как быть?

P.S. понимаю, что информации маловато. но если что, то допишу сразу

при проблемах с иксами обычно просят привести содержимое файла xorg.conf, а также содержимое лога xorg.

Проблему с разрешением решил попсовым методом: оказывается в xorg.conf не было прописано мое разрешение.. дописал... но проблема со звуком все еще актуальна. Дополню лишь то, что шипит и хрустит динамик одинаково как с ALSA, так и с OSS

Не, ребят, я иногда реально ниче понять не могу.. вот пример: появилась проблема с раскладкой, ну по шифт-контрл флаги в трее меняет, а язык ввода, только так, сначала поменял раскладку, потом запустил приложение, вот тогда выбранная и работает, а если в приложении переключаю, то не переключается, хотя флаги меняются. Ну да это скорее только интро, настоящая проблема вот в чем, звук хрипит, да?! заменяю в /etc/rc.conf строку

KEYMAP="us"

на

KEYMAP="ru-mab"

то после перезагрузки арча, звук хрипеть перестает, все отлично, но вот по раскладке печатать невозможно... Если меняю обратно, то звук опять косячит...

Так, со звуком я разобрался.. Удалил Xorg.conf, сконфигурирвал вручную.. звук теперь нормально работает. Правда перестали работать ДНС, но я так думаю, это чисто совпадение

А на счёт раскладки клавиатуры, лучше всего через hal настройте, я минут 15 потратил, зато потом всё отлично работает.
Статья, уже и на русской, по-моему, есть. Хотя там всё довольно просто

Ну xorg.conf и лог его я позже выложу, ибо я сейчас не со своей машины. А суть в следущем, звук шипит в динамиках, причем иногда после включения нормальный (но это 1 на 10 случаев).. Более не знаю что сказать про него
далее раскладка клавиатуры, тут ни hal ни xorg не помогают, если я сижу в приложении, да возьмем тот же KWrite. то как бы я не изощрялся переключить раскладку, меняются только флаги в трее, а на язык ноль реакции (если при включении редактора было выставлено us, то us и остается, если ru, то ru) чтобы переключить раскладку, нужно закрыть приложение, переключить раскладку, запустить приложение, вот тогда только и меняется оО

Да, я значит просто суть проблемы не понял и настройка через hal здесь не поможет. С такими вещами не сталкивался.
А как на счёт консоли, там работает нормально?

А если такой исход, файл 10-keymap.fdi лежит в /usr/share/hal/fdi/policy/ а папки /10osvendor/ попросту не существует.. Просто проконфигурировать файл?

Не знаю. У меня arch не основная система, поэтому могу где-то ошибиться, проверьте по arch wiki на всякий случай.
Можно попробовать тот который есть в наличии отредактировать и посмотреть что получиться. В любом случае, из /usr файлы *.fdi надо скопировать
в /etc/hal/fdi/policy, т.к. при загрузке они будут перекрывать те, которые находятся в /usr
