motorola C350 gprs в linux

У меня стоит mandrake 10.1, проблдема следующая:
Подключаю свой C350 к компу, а в kppp модем неотвечает при использовании любого usb. Подскажите как решить проблему, до этого стоял mandrake 9.1 и телефон в кррр без проблем инициализировался.

А в логах чего? В messages?
На какое устройство встает телефон?
На сколько я помню, вариантов не так уж и много /dev/ttyUSBx или /dev/ttyACMx.
Для обоих нужны модули для USB, а также pl2303 для первого и cdc-acm для второго.

После подключения телефона делаешь "dmesg | tail" и смотришь, на какой девайс вешается телефон (у меня /dev/ttyACM0). Потом "ln -s /dev/ttyACM0 /dev/modem" (заменить /dev/ttyACM0 на правильное).

Должно помочь...

телефона на usb так и не вижу.

Захожу В мандраке контрол центр, выбираю оборудование, там телефон. щёлкаю по нему. там самая нижняя строчка: Misc: модуль неопределён.

Такие вот дела., Подскажите хоть чонить дельное народ!!!!!!!!!!!!!

для поиска устройств.
# find /lib/modules -name "cdc-acm"
для поиска модуля.. если нет модуля - сделать.

Ну так у пользователя нет в путях поиска /sbin, и кроме того, для загрузки модулей ядра надо быть root'ом.

А он появляется вообще где-нибудь, к примеру, в /proc/bus/usb/devices в последних строчках сразу после подсоединения? Или в harddrake?
