Присоединяюсь к вопросу. Как заставить вообще его работать? Может быть проблема в том, что у меня KDE, но нигде не написано что blueman работает только под гномом...

Под кедами работает, проверялось на КДЕ4 Кубунта 9.04 АМД64 (даже под х64, как видно не возникло проблем). Под ОпенСюсой11.1 с Кедами работать из коробки отказался, ковырять дальше было лень. Ставил точно по инструкции с сайта(в той самой кубунте):
1)Добавил в репы
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/awn-testing/ubuntu karmic main
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/awn-testing/ubuntu karmic main
2) Ставим ключик
sudo apt-key adv --recv-keys --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com B0BE17C2A0C914F086B7B8327D2C7A23BF810CD5
3) Ставим пакеты
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install blueman
sudo apt-get install bluez
sudo apt-get install obex-data-server
4) Запускаем и радуемся
blueman-manager
5) Настраиваем то что нужно. Мой КПК Асус А626 завелся с пол пинка, только айпишник прописал. Так что копать в другом месте, кеды непричем.
