Проблемы со звуком на AD1984

Никак не могу настроить встроенную аудиокарту на ноутбуке HP 6530b. Проблема состоит в следующем: нормально работает разъем для наушников, но динамики, а также все микрофоны (встроенный и подключенный через разъем). Причем, если включить мониторинг входа, звук от внешнего микрофона слышен, но его не слышат ни рекордер, ни скайп. Пробовал запустить Убунту 9.04 с livecd, работают наушники внешний микрофон, и, возможно, встроенный (с него что-то записывается, если стучать по корпусу, и то глухо).
Проверял в Винде с проставленными родными дровами - работает всё.

Система:
Debian Lenny 5.0.1 amd64, ядро 2.6.29-bpo.2-amd64, alsa-base 1.0.20 +dfsg-1(бинарники из testing, из исходников не скомпилился).

Что можете посоветовать? Я уже близок к переходу обратно на i686...

схожая трабла с HP ProBook 4510s, там используется тот же чип. Работают наушники, работают встроенные колонки. не работают ни встроенный, ни внешний микрофоны.

Проблему нужно решать, а не убегать от нее На amd64 и на i686 для звука используется одно и тоже ПО - в чем смысл перехода?

А второе - ты сказал, что у тебя "alsa-base 1.0.20 +dfsg-1", но из твоего листинга параметров видно, что это не так:

Совет: вынеси все пакеты alsa из системы и поставь все корректно. Хотя лучше было бы собрать руками, чтобы быть окончательно спокойным, что все ОК.
