phpMyAdmin Error #1045

Доброй ночи! Дистр Debian Lenny. Возникла такая проблема: вдруг отвалился phpmyadmin при попытке зайти под любым логином и паролем выдает следующее: #1045 Cannot log in to the MySQL server. Пробую зайти через mysql-client - все в порядке, все работает. Перерыл все, включая iptables. Сравнивал конфиги, переставлял пакеты, брал конфиги с других серверов, нифига. Прошу вашей помощи.

Пробовали 3 человека с разных браузеров. Не работает, логи молчат.

если, конечно, подключаетеся через него.

phpMyAdmin - это совокупность скриптов написанных на PHP

Проверь работоспособность PHP, очень вероятно, что прошло изменение настроек.

На этом сервере стоит форум. Он же работает.
