debian 6.0 не старует mysql-server

ну когда, когда вы уже научитесь пользоваться гуглом, а?
пароль для debian-sys-maint написан в /etc/mysql/debian.cnf
чтобы поменять его, запускаете мускул ручками (/usr/sbin/mysqld --pid-file=/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.pid --socket=/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock --port=3306) и

Код: Выделить всё

$ mysql -uroot -pПАРОЛЬ_РУТА
-> use mysql
-> update user set password=PASSWORD("ПАРОЛЬ_ИЗ_ФАЙЛА") where User='debian-sys-maint';

после этого перезапускаете /etc/init.d/mysql restart и все должно работать.
но это же за 10 секунд находится в гугле. неужели настолько лень?

Конфиг мускула правили????
Покажыте лог сервера или в первом посте это и есть лог. Я что то не понял!
