пробовал и родной cifs и cifs от Etersoft, не прокатывает, оба крашатся.
серверы одинаковые, Proliant DL, стоят xeon quad, 6Гб оперативки (пересобирал стоковое ядро, но с generic и 1Гб краш был такой же), 2хSeagate ES
