Создание квот - Ошибки

в общем не могу ничего придумать из за чего могут выползать эти ошибки.
Если кто знает или есть идеи говорите, уже третий день бьюсь.

система Gentoo, квоты пока что на /, потом после настройки перенесу на отдельный массив с /home

Код: Выделить всё
