Недоступны "Мои документы"? (WIne 1.1.15 + Ubuntu 8.10)

При запуске инсталлятора NI MultiSim 10.1 (быв. Electronics Workbench) выскакивает Error: Installer needs access to "My Documents", however this location 'C:\windows\profiles\eugen\MyDocuments\' is not accessible.

В настройках Wine диски прописаны. Требуемая папка существует. Я её владелец. Права все есть. Другие проги ставятся нормально.
(Я даже на всяк случай переименовал "Мои документы" в MyDocuments, чтоб не было русских букв и пробелов, не помогло).

У меня была похожая проблема, когда добавлял стороннюю (windows) библиотеку ole32.dll. Если вы это тоже сделали, попробуйте удалить

Да не... ничё я не добавлял. В факах вычитал про некий winetricks - побаловался ... стало ещё хуже. Всё снёс и переставил начисто. Симптомы всё те же.
Пытался проанализировать, что выдаёт wine при запуске из консоли:
